Problem Note 19301: Column names not on the first row might cause problems importing into
SAS Enterprise Guide
A table that has column names that are not in row one, or a table that
has data values that do not start just below the column names, might
cause the Import Data task to fail when using SAS Enterprise Guide.
Currently, the only work around is to edit the data and put the column
names in row one and start the data values in row two.
